Outputs
4–20 mA or 0–10 V analog outputs, loop-powered transmitters and HART communication on selected PR electronics models.
-
Signal Conditioners &...
These signal conditioners convert and isolate analog process signals before they reach your PLC. They prevent ground loops, reduce noise and protect inputs while standardizing everything to 4-20 mA or voltage.
What do you measure?
Standard process variables such as flow, pressure, level, temperature and position, coming as analog signals from transmitters.
Inputs
0/4–20 mA, 0–10 V, ±10 V, mV, resistance and potentiometer inputs, with universal signal conditioner options.
Outputs
0/4–20 mA or voltage outputs, plus relay contacts on selected devices for alarm or limit switching functions.
-
Frequency, Speed &...
These modules take pulse or frequency signals from sensors and turn them into smooth analog outputs or conditioned pulses. Perfect for flow totalizing, speed monitoring and counting on any automation platform.
What do you measure?
Flow, speed, rate and count from flowmeters, shaft encoders, proximity switches and other pulse-based sensors.
Inputs
NPN/PNP transistor outputs, contact closures, open-collector signals, inductive pick-ups and high-speed frequency inputs.
Outputs
4–20 mA or 0–10 V proportional to frequency, retransmitted pulse outputs and relay alarms for limit or overspeed detection.
-
Communication &...
These interfaces make PR electronics modules talk to your tools and control systems. Use them to configure devices, read diagnostics and access process values via Modbus, HART or Bluetooth from one central point.
What do you measure?
Configuration parameters, status and live process values from PR electronics signal conditioners and transmitters.
Inputs
Internal device bus, front connector or backplane communication ports from PR electronics modules and systems.
Outputs
Modbus RTU or TCP, HART transparent communication or Bluetooth links for laptops, tablets, HMIs and SCADA software.
-
Intrinsic Safety...
Use these Ex barriers whenever sensors sit in hazardous zones. They limit energy to intrinsically safe levels while passing your 4-20 mA, pulse or contact signals cleanly into the safe area control system.
What do you measure?
Process signals from transmitters, switches and proximity sensors installed in ATEX or IECEx classified hazardous areas.
Inputs
Intrinsically safe 4–20 mA loops, discrete contacts, NAMUR proximity signals and pulse inputs from Ex-certified field devices.
Outputs
Safe area analog, digital or relay signals with galvanic isolation, designed for integration into DCS, PLC and safety systems.

Level Radar Sensor
These radar sensors emit microwave signals toward the product surface and convert the reflected echoes into precise distance and level measurements. Ideal for reliable, non-contact level monitoring across a wide range of process environments.
What do you measure?
Liquids and solids are commonly measured with this measuring technique.
The advantages
- Non-contact level measurement with radar is characterized by especially high measurement accuracy
- Measurement is not affected by temperature, pressure or dust
- User-friendly adjustment saves time
-
Pressure Sensor
These pressure technologies capture everything from minimal process variations to extreme pressures, enabling accurate measurement of level, volume, density and mass flow across any process application. With ranges from just a few millibars up to 1,000 bar and a variety of specialized sensing cells, they deliver reliable performance in even the most demanding conditions.
What do you measure?
This measurement technology handles both liquids and solids with equal reliability, providing consistent performance across diverse process media.
VEGA pressure transmitters deliver high-precision readings in:
- gases
- vapours
- liquids

Industrial Cellular...
Industrial cellular modems provide 4G connectivity for compatible serial equipment. The product available in this category is the TRM142 industrial 4G modem. It supports LTE Cat 4 and provides RS232 and USB interfaces. Use these verified characteristics as the starting point when checking whether the modem matches the serial equipment in the application.
Before selection, identify whether the compatible equipment uses RS232 or USB and confirm that LTE Cat 4 is appropriate for the required connection. Check the 4G connection, the interface and equipment compatibility as separate requirements. Compare every requirement with the current TRM142 product information before ordering. Do not infer compatibility only from the presence of an RS232 or USB interface.
