We deliver anywhere in Romania free of charge, with no minimum order value, via Cargus or FAN Courier.
Dispatch and transit time
All in-stock products are dispatched on the next working day after bank-transfer payment is confirmed. For example, if payment is confirmed on Monday, we dispatch on Tuesday, provided both are working days.
Products reach the customer within two working days of dispatch. These periods are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Transit time starts at dispatch, not when the order is placed.
Collection from our premises
If you choose collection, please wait for confirmation that the products are ready before travelling to our premises.
B2B returns and claims
The ATSEN store serves B2B customers. We do not accept commercial returns of conforming products, including returns due to a change of mind.
This policy does not exclude the handling of claims concerning defective, non-conforming or incorrectly delivered products and does not change any applicable warranties. Contact us before sending a product back. The claims procedure is described in our Terms and Conditions.
