These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the atsen.ro online store, owned and operated by ROMVEGA SRL, and establish the legal framework for B2B commercial relationships conducted through this website.

2. Definitions

  • Website: www.atsen.ro

  • Seller: ROMVEGA SRL

  • Customer: any legal entity or self-employed professional (PFA) that accesses the website, places orders and purchases products.

  • Products: industrial electronic equipment and components for measurement and control.

  • Order: an electronic document generated through the website that becomes a commercial contract once accepted by the Seller.

3. Purpose of the online store

The atsen.ro store is intended exclusively for legal entities and professionals purchasing products for commercial or production purposes. Consumer-protection regulations applicable to individuals do not apply.

4. Customer account

To place orders, customers must create a user account on the website. By registering, the Customer declares that:

  • they are the company's legal representative or a person authorized to place orders on behalf of the company;

  • the information provided is accurate, complete and up to date;

  • they assume full responsibility for the orders placed.

5. Product availability

The displayed stock levels are for information purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of immediate delivery.
ROMVEGA SRL reserves the right to refuse orders if products are out of stock or if there are pricing or description errors.

6. Prices and invoicing

Prices are expressed in RON. Whether VAT is included is indicated next to the product price.
The tax invoice is issued electronically in accordance with the applicable regulations. Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. Payment instructions and the order reference are provided after the order is completed. Order processing begins after payment is confirmed.

7. Warranty and conformity

The products sold benefit from a commercial warranty, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
The Customer is responsible for:

  • checking product compatibility;

  • installation and use in accordance with the technical manuals.

ROMVEGA SRL is not liable for faults resulting from incorrect installation, improper handling or use outside the specifications.

8. Delivery

Delivery anywhere in Romania is free of charge, with no minimum order value, via Cargus or FAN Courier. All in-stock products are dispatched on the next working day after bank-transfer payment is confirmed. Products reach the customer within two working days of dispatch. These periods are calculated Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For collection from our premises, the customer must wait for confirmation that the products are ready. Details are available in our delivery and returns policy.

9. Returns and claims

We do not accept commercial B2B returns of conforming products, including returns due to a change of mind. This rule does not exclude the handling of claims concerning defective, non-conforming or incorrectly delivered products and does not change any applicable warranties.

If a defective or incorrect product is delivered, the customer must notify the seller in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns to resolve these claims are accepted only with prior written agreement and subject to the packaging and integrity conditions.

10. Limitation of liability

ROMVEGA SRL cannot be held liable for:

  • indirect losses (profit, production, data);

  • temporary unavailability of the website;

  • delays caused by third parties (couriers, suppliers, authorities);

  • damage resulting from improper use of the products.

11. Data security

Data provided by customers is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
ROMVEGA SRL will not disclose the data to third parties without express consent, except to those involved in the delivery or invoicing process.

12. Intellectual property rights

All elements of the website (logo, text, design, images, technical files) are the property of ROMVEGA SRL or its authorized partners and are protected by copyright law. Copying or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Amendments to the terms

ROMVEGA SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated version is permanently available on the website and applies from the date of publication.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

All contractual provisions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in the county where ROMVEGA SRL has its registered office.
