The PR 8510 cable is intended for Modbus daisy-chain wiring of eight PR 4511 devices and has a male connector at both ends. Select it for the specified eight-device cable arrangement; this description does not define the maximum size of the complete Modbus network.

Before installation, map the device connections served by this cable against the network drawing. Check the required cable route, the orientation and accessibility of both male connectors, and the intended position of every PR 4511 device. Identify the start and end of the segment, leave access for inspection, and follow the current PR electronics documentation for connection order and Modbus settings. Inspect every connector and compare the completed wiring with the approved drawing before putting the installation into use.
