What do you measure?

Flow, speed, rate and count from flowmeters, shaft encoders, proximity switches and other pulse-based sensors.

Inputs

NPN/PNP transistor outputs, contact closures, open-collector signals, inductive pick-ups and high-speed frequency inputs.

Outputs

4–20 mA or 0–10 V proportional to frequency, retransmitted pulse outputs and relay alarms for limit or overspeed detection.

Select a converter by source signal and required output

Start with the signal generated by the field device: NPN, PNP, mechanical contact, pulse train or encoder. Then match the required destination signal, such as 4–20 mA, 0–10 V or a relay output, to the capabilities of the selected converter. Confirm input type, output type and wiring on the exact model before ordering. Check the pulse range, channel arrangement and conversion function needed for your application.
