You measure current in the control panel. How do you also keep a history of the values on a PC?
For integration with Optimetria, check three points:
1. Measurement. The PR 4179 from PR electronics measures current or voltage in an alternating-current (AC) electrical circuit: 0…5 A AC or 0…300 V AC, as a root-mean-square (RMS) value.
2. Communication. The optional PR 4511 module — PR 4511 — adds Modbus RTU over RS-485 and a detachable local display for parameter configuration and diagnostics.
3. Data. ATSEN Optimetria reads the Modbus registers and allows you to keep a history and export CSV for analysis in Excel. A compatible RS-485 interface for the PC and configuration of the communication and registers are required.
The Optimetria screenshots illustrate the interface for PR 4104: the register map and connection diagram.
Where do you encounter integration difficulties more often: communication, value scaling or interpretation of the registers?
